We had an amazing stay! The gardens were stunning, and our room had a view of Etna, which was just awesome. The service was top-notch. they even carried our bags and parked our car for us. The taster menu was fancy but not really our style. We wished for more time to enjoy everything!

Pool bar service was a bit slow.

The grounds are lovely, with an abundance of plants and a serene atmosphere. While the food was generally good, including assorted muffins, pesky insects were a constant annoyance, especially in the lodge. The spacious shower had drainage issues, which detracted from the comfort. Despite these hiccups, the staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing positively to the overall experience.

The views were breathtaking, and we enjoyed wine tasting at the beautiful Pietradolce winery nearby. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was fantastic with loads of options. Don't miss the pool area, perfect for relaxing after exploring!

The location can be tricky without a car, and we found the nearby roads a bit messy, which was disappointing.
