Beautiful gardens and friendly staff!
We had an amazing stay! The gardens were stunning, and our room had a view of Etna, which was just awesome. The service was top-notch. they even carried our bags and parked our car for us. The taster menu was fancy but not really our style. We wished for more time to enjoy everything!

The grounds are lovely, with an abundance of plants and a serene atmosphere. While the food was generally good, including assorted muffins, pesky insects were a constant annoyance, especially in the lodge. The spacious shower had drainage issues, which detracted from the comfort. Despite these hiccups, the staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing positively to the overall experience.

The views were breathtaking, and we enjoyed wine tasting at the beautiful Pietradolce winery nearby. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was fantastic with loads of options. Don't miss the pool area, perfect for relaxing after exploring!
The location can be tricky without a car, and we found the nearby roads a bit messy, which was disappointing.

beautiful grounds but limited food options
The grounds are truly breathtaking, surrounded by lush gardens that offer stunning views. The interior design of the lobby is beyond chic, creating an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. The staff's attentiveness stood out, we'll remember their warmth. The garden view was a perfect backdrop for our stay, enhancing the overall serenity of the experience.
However, while the taster menu was sophisticated, it lacked options for those who prefer simpler dishes.

Exceptional Stay with Breathtaking Views and Culinary Delights
My stay in the Superior Double room was nothing short of spectacular! The evening ambiance was enchanting, especially with Mt. Etna’s glow. The highlight was the wine pairing dinner—Gianluca's expertise made it unforgettable. Don't miss out on the fantastic gelato near the pool!

The hotel has stunning grounds and attentive staff that make you feel welcome, yet the remote location requires a car for convenience. Food quality is impressive, though the dinner menu lacked variety. Overall, it’s a beautiful retreat perfect for a relaxing getaway, but some amenities need improvement.
